Ps4 connection speed download failed

When I test the download speed and upload speed of my PS3 it just says "Failed" even though the rest is fine!!? I had no problems with my download speed earlier today and yesterday, but suddenly (with no change in speed in anything else connected to the router) it estimates thousands of minutes for just a regular demo download.
